Ordered, and paid for (2) 3.2 oz Cachet Cologne Sprays on Dec. 5th as pictured on this seller's website, as Christmas gifts for Mom. Never received any communication from the seller to say my items shipped. What arrived after two and a half weeks, was (2) .55 oz sprays.
Seller was notified of the problem immediately and I waited and waited for a response. Communication with customer service was extremely slow, it took on average 4 days for a response. When they finally acknowledged the problem, they claimed they had the wrong image on the page and sent me what was supposed to be on the page!
Well now, I bought what was pictured on the page and fully expected that item to arrive at my door. I told them that they could make me happy by sending me (2) 3.2 oz colognes as I ordered, in good faith. They offered to let me keep what they sent and give me a partial refund or a post paid label to return the product for a fulll refund.
Excuse me, but where is the customer service in all of this? I ordered in good faith, fully expecting to receive what was pictured on the screen. They made a mistake, admitted it, and won't make the customer happy? I was not a happy shopper. Now, instead of having my gift for Mom for Christmas, I had to find time to run around to the stores and get something else!! This seller has no customer service!
It is now Jan 9th and I still have not received a post paid label or a partial refund. I will not shop this seller again, nor will my family or friends. My suggestion to any shopper is BEWARE!
I wrote to Amazon about this seller's practices and they were mounting an investigation, but I would not be privy to the results. I also intend to contact the NY Attorney General 's Office to have them look into this seller's practices.
